Action4Diabetes (A4D) will organise Type 1 Diabetes Healthcare Professionals (T1D HCP) Network Meeting on 26th May 2022 (Thursday) from 4pm to 6pm on Zoom Meeting platform.

 

T1D HCP Network meeting is the first of its kind in SEA and is an international network. It is an open event to all Healthcare Professionals who are involved in the day-to-day management of Type 1 Diabetes in South-East Asia and within the A4D Community.

 

This meeting will be held on Zoom and open to all healthcare professionals and advocates involved in T1D care.

 

Highlights include:

• Professor May Ng will present the latest publication ‘Closing the Gap in SEA T1D’ with Q&A.

• Professor Taninee will present ‘Transition of T1D Care from Paediatric to Adulthood’ as a best practice sharing with Q&A.

Please note, the meeting will be held in English. There will be people who can assist with some translation if needed.
