The Society may be affiliated or associated with National/International Diabetes Educators Associations outside Malaysia devoted to objects substantially similar to those of the Society.

Any step in this direction shall be taken by a decision of the Executive Committee consent by an Annual General Meeting and shall not be effective without the prior approval of the Registrar of Societies.
